Julia and Kat treated us to an amazing Valentine’s Day couples massage during our first trip to TN. We just hiked in the Smoky Mountains, so we were very sore. Julia worked areas and stretched my hips/glutes in ways no massage therapist has ever done before. Really wish we would’ve booked a longer time. Don’t over pay for a massage in the city!!!

I had the best massage ever from Julia an Instructor! I am a massage therapist for over 10 years and I've had trouble finding a good therapist.I finally found one in Ms. Julia she's absolutely the best!!!!Ms. Julia is very caring, compassionate and she is very skilled, gifted, and knowledgeable.I can't wait for my next appointment ?

If I could give Maj-Lis and Mind Body Institute 10 stars, I would. My experience; I came from out of state and happened to find her school to make up hours in order to apply for my Massage License in Tennessee. From the hours I sat in on classes and the online classes, I learned SO much here, even after completing 750 hours at a top rated school in Seattle. If you are thinking about starting your Massage Therapy journey, go to Mind Body Institute! I promise you will leave the school fully prepared with every tool you need to start your career.
