Wanted to share my positive experience. I had a laptop that would not power on, likely due to water damage from a camping trip.
Someone answered the phone very quick, offered to look at for no charge to see if was repairable.
When I arrived, I was helped quickly by Anthony and he was able to get it started and working w/o much effort and just sent me on my way. Thanks guys! Saved me from some serious headache

I brought the gaming computer in for a graphics card upgrade (HP Omen, 3070 to 4080 Upgrade. He said its not going to work with my 800w PSU so I okayed the upgrade to the 1000w for 279$ and by time all said done I got my upgrades for 629$ took 4 days. Kind of Med to High rate but he did clean work and told me every future problem ill run into with my computer Ill be bring it back to him for his fellow gaming and computer advice. Thanks DEE!

I purchased a used laptop from this store back in early February of 2023, and after a month of using it, I have to say it is one of the best products I've bought second hand. The employee who helped me actually pick out the device to use, and hit the nail on the head with his recommendation. Though there were a few hiccups when purchasing (specifically, the the Bluetooth mouse I had purchased would not click, and they sent me home with a charger that, though looking identical to the one for my laptop, was the incorrect one), as soon as I went back, they fixed the problem with absolutely no cost on my end.
