Everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and kind. Heidi always treats me as her most important customer. I know they have many, so that extra care from her is always needed. We had a cheap-ish s*** area rug that smelled like our dogs (no urine, just their bodies), and we wanted to get it cleaned instead of throwing it away.
