“I contacted The Fence Company concerning replacing the handrails at the church I attend and they were one of three companies I contacted for a quote. They took the time to visit the facility and write up a quote and encouraged us to view some of their past work, which we did. They had the particular style of railing we wanted and the price was more than fair, so we proceeded to have the work done.It took about three months to fit us in their schedule, but it was well worth the wait as the quality of the materials and professional installation provided were exceptional. They removed our old handrails and then installed the new rails, securing them to concrete, and boy are they stout! Many of our elder members made a point to say how pleased they were with the new rails.My only criticism is the response time of communications. Several times it took multiple days/weeks and multiple requests for a reply when requesting an update or ETA for installation, but given the quality of the materials and installation, it was worth the wait. I will contact The Fence Company again for future needs.“
