Back in February 2023, I brought my VERY ill 10 year old cat that was throwing up constantly in to this vet. While I was uncomfortable with not being able to go inside the office with my sick cat (curbside only care), the vet went out of her way to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was concerned about the cat's sallow fur and her limp little body. I explained that she had been throwing up for 10 days straight. I also told her that my budget was limited. She said she could not give me a definitive diagnosis without labs, which I did not have the money for. The vet did tell me that she could treat her without labs, and did so with only an X-ray. She gave me a prednisone treatment for the cat to reduce the inflammation in her intestinal tract, and made a strong recommendation that I change her food to Science Diet Sensitive Skin and Stomach. I did so and am pleased to report that my cat is back to her old self, playing and eating like crazy- no throwing up !!!!! If there was a 10 rating I would have given this vet a 10 ! Highly recommend Countryside Veterinary Service and this vet, who I think is Monica.

Dr. Russel and her assistant came out and helped with a rescue donkey who was very unwell on our farm. Although the donkey didn’t have a great prognosis, I felt they handled the situation with necessary precautions & thorough examination. We appreciate your quick actions and efforts to assist the donkey to becoming pain free. We have comfort knowing she was handled with kindness and gentle care. Thank you!

Countryside Veterninary Services Thank you for coming and helping me out with my miniature donkey. I called at least 10 other vets no one would come then a friend recommended countryside vet. I called and someone arrived within 45 minutes and helped my girl in the pouring rain. I would very highly recommend y’all to anyone.
