We are very pleased with the entire process of having Cook Bros build our condo at the Grove at Haven Hill in Lenoir City. We started the process in August while still living in Ohio. From the time we met with Sarah to pick out our lot we only had to drive down to Tennessee a total of 5 times. We moved into our beautifully built condo on June 1st.
