“This place is wonderful our realestate agent was Steve and he was awsume! Steve had went with us to multi locations and not only showed us the property he walked the entire acres with us. Steve was very knowledgeable about the properties he showed us, and if he did not know the answer he told us he would find out for us. Steve wrote it down and went back to office he gave us the answer we were looking for. My family had a bad experience with some other realestates in Tennessee all online and they would not even come out of their office to show us any lots, Some told us they could not meet with us until after 3pm and after waiting for our appointment that was scheduled a week prior we called them they told us they were in VA with other clients. The next morning our family decided to contact a local real estate and we found Realty Execuitves Associates on Main Street in Sweetwater, TN. The office was so comfortable and when we meet Steve and Julia they had a way about them that made you feel like you were dealing with family. When we came back everyone in the office came togeather as a family to protect us so we did not get scammed or taken advantage of while we were looking. Steve then took us to look at properties with a person who knows what the property should look like, and not just trees and dirt. We did place an offer on a property and everyone continued to work hard for us and when the owner accepted our offer Steve and Julia and the rest of the staff did not stop there. They pulled recent property surveys, talked to the city as well as the owners broker and at one point they also have spoken to the owner directly. I have to say we will be using them again in the very near future. A word of advice to everyone if you are looking for property or housing make your life easier and speak to a local real estate like Realty Execuitves Associates they were everything we expected and a whole lot more, before you do any online real estate transactions Realty Execuitves Associates have the same information as a online website has but they have even more because a local company cares about you and your interests almost like they are your family.
