My mom suffered a catastrophic fall that left her with many broken bones and to make matters worse broken hearing aids. We reached out to Dr. Russell to help us during this stressful time. She went above and beyond to research her hearing issues and helped us navigate purchasing new ones. In a crisis like this it was amazing to find an audiologist who understood our needs and made at least one area of my mom’s life easier as she recovered in the hospital - the smile on her face was priceless when we presented her with her new hearing aids?
I have been going to Physician's Hearing Care in Tellico Village for over 4 years. The level of care I received from first Kelly and then Teresa was awesome. They are both very professional and also so compassionate. They are credit to their profession and I would highly recommend them for anyone dealing with hearing loss.
Teresa Russell was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and understood my needs. She was also patient with me as I tried different hearing aids. Very helpful with suggestions that will improve my hearing.
