Matthew came to our home to look at a unit that Green’s installed last year. He quickly not only diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed it, but fixed a downstream issue that would have caused issues later. Cannot say enough good things - Matthew was quick, courteous, and proactive. He saved us from a bigger problem later simply because he wanted to ensure the job was done right!

My experience with Green Heat and Air was outstanding! I contacted them via their web site because my heat pump was blowing cold air. Within 2 hours Mike was at my front. He was friendly and courteous, and quickly found and fixed the problem. When I suggested replacing the thermostat with a new smart one, he said we could do that, but that the one I have is working fine. So I’m keeping the old thermostat for now and saving a few $$$. And I felt the charge for the call was most reasonable. Who could ask for more??? Responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

My A/C unit went out on a Wednesday. Our family tried a few companies that said they may be able to get to us in a week or two. I called Green Heat and Air the next day. Within 45 minutes, they had someone at our house. Half an hour later, the issue was fixed, and we were charged a very fair price.
