I always use this car wash while waiting for my princess to be groomed. This day the machines were jammed, so I couldn't wash my car, But I contacted the owner and she was very caring, concerned, and promptly came over and took care of the problem. I will say that I will continue coming to Big Red Car Wash as long as they stay opened. Thank you ?
Hot water, suds for days, excellent pressure -- this may be the best carwash within 50 miles! If you're in Madisonville, I recommend Ogle's on 411. But anywhere near Loudon (even dropping by off I-75), Big Red is #1.
This place was so clean and I was able to wash my car so quickly. I loved not having to bring all my quarters with me and just bring my cash to exchange for quarters. I will definitely be back.
