After years of rock-climbing and abusing my body, which resulted in pain and chronic injuries for years, Chuck was the solution to the hopelessness I felt at ever recovering.I went to physical therapists, functional strength training and did yoga for 2 years in hopes of sorting out my injuries, all of which helped but not noticeably and was definitely not worth if for the amount of time and money I spent.Not only are Chucks service affordable, after a few sessions with him he helped me correctly understand what was causing my shoulder discomfort, and completely sorted it out simultaneously.
