Ron first made an effort to use a thermocouple he had on hand! Great, if it had worked it would have amazing. When it didn’t he used his phone to get the company data and ordered replacement parts. They came today—and under warranty. Since he was tied up elsewhere he got a man from Henderson (I neglected to get his name). He was a champ. Hooked hose pipe to the drain. Took off old part. Fitted the new part despite it having a slightly different configuration. Gave me old part. And now the heater is warming up. A friend just called to see how it went. Fine, of course. We just bought a house and had these guys scheduled to install a new HVAC unit in three days. While we were working on the house the system failed and it was in the mid 90's. I called the company and let them know and a short time later the office staff called and said a crew was on their way. This call was at 5:00 in the evening. Within about 20 minutes the crew was at the house and a new unit was installed that evening. What a fantastic job. We would recommend them to anyone.
