We had several companies come to our home for estimates. Made an appointment on Monday with Nikki after meeting in line at Walmart. Nikki came today Tuesday. Nikki was by far the most professional, down to earth, and honest. She gave suggestions; was patient and thoughtful in fielding and answering our questions. She made us reassured and made feel comfortable about the company and the whole process. The decision to use Town Creek Construction Group was an easy one. I deal with many contractors. I have worked with Nikki before while she was working for a contractor. She’s an amazing deck builder and designer. She can plan an amazing kitchen and bathroom remodel. As soon as I was told she was with a different team I sent her a text. Like always, she called me right away! I told her about a project and asked for a quote. They do not cut corners and were very good about explaining the process. They are my "go-to"from now on with any home improvement project for me or my clients.
