I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication from this location. Very unprofessional to let this project sit for months without answers. Then when I contacted Morton, to find out what the problem was it took several more days to hear back. I know Morton quality I have two friends with Morton buildings, that why I called them. I have not been called by a Morton engineer but had a call from a district Mgr I guess explaining they could not do it because of engineering. I believe that's a cop out, photos of my foundation have not been taken and a short visit was all that was done.
