I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication from this location. Very unprofessional to let this project sit for months without answers. Then when I contacted Morton, to find out what the problem was it took several more days to hear back. I know Morton quality I have two friends with Morton buildings, that why I called them. I have not been called by a Morton engineer but had a call from a district Mgr I guess explaining they could not do it because of engineering. I believe that's a cop out, photos of my foundation have not been taken and a short visit was all that was done. I believe this Morton location in Lenoir City Tennessee only wants the easy flat surface or slab jobs! It's a shame because I will not speak highly of Morton any more. To quick to right off a job that's not complicated but different. GOOD LUCK IF YOU PICK MORTON! CJ Byerly

First I Called, and left vm. Then few days later I Sent detailed Email on their website, no reply. Last week I Went on their Facebook page and was told to call!.I understand everyone is bust and I'm glad business is good, but no reason not to respond and lose easy business to out of town firm...I called summertown metals closer to Nashville and they responded, provided written quote and willing to have my Loudon county 30' x 50' garage built and I can't even get Morton to respond! I wanted to stay local and am hoping this review will get some response from Morton.
