“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cherokee health systems over Alcoa. For many years I was throw to the back burner at the Alcoa office.. I was huffed at when I would call I never could get my mental health medicine on time they would make me wait 3 & 4 days for it to be filled knowing I had problems. For years I went back & forth till I got fed up with them & switched to the Lenior city office been with them for almost 3 or 4 years when I say this office is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it is Hannah Raines is ABSOLUTELY THE MOST WONDERFUL DOCTOR YOU COULD EVER ASK FOR!!! When going to the Alcoa office i kept running a low grade fever for almost 3 years the Alcoa office never not 1 time checked or put the effort to check my gallbladder but when switched Hannah when ABOVE & BEYOND doing what a doctor does checks to see if my gallbladder was bad & sure enough I had 8 lodged that when I had the stomach scan done. After all them years of being miserable I had finally gotten the results back that I needed! I just to let everyone know I had my gallbladder surgery & if it wasn't for that 1 DOCTOR RAINES I would have still been Soo miserable to this day. My gallbladder was 3 times bigger then what it should have been but the whole is reason for such a long post is NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT ISN'T THE RIGHT ANSWER GET A 2nd opinion it changed my life!! I'm now able to get my life together & live it to the fullest so again THANK YOU SO MUCH HANNAH RAINES YOUR ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE DOCTOR!!!!“

“ER care, cardiac event and treatment Ft. Loudoun has a very kind and attentive staff and is fully equipped for a heart emergency. I was very impressed by every Nurse, Doctor, attendant and even the maintenance staff who took care of the room. Dr. Sawabini (hope I spelled that right) was particularly communicative and very courteous, professional and helpful. His calm demeanor and concise explanations did a lot to help me relax and understand the various procedures. Once I missed his visit as I was 'indisposed', but he called to assure me personally that he would come back by to keep me updated on the tests. WOW! A cardiac event for an elderly widow is a terrifying event. I could not be more pleased with the treatment they provided to me, and I am delighted to know we have such an incredible resource here in Lenoir City. Thank you to Ft. Loudoun and their dedicated staff for a job well done -- very well done!!! I am back home, I have a plan, and I feel confident my immediate future will be better thanks to their kind and capable assistance. FIVE STARS -- because I don't know how to put in 10!!!“
