“Michael Cody, owner of Vision Construction, was a lifesaver in our new construction process. Our first builder was not what we had hoped for and then he passed away suddenly during the middle of our new build. Most contractors are not interested in picking up projects in the middle. We were in a very rough spot and way behind schedule. Mike came in like a breath of fresh air! He was upfront with findings that were done incorrectly by our previous builder, which could not be fixed at that time with what was left in our loan and our timeline. I respected his upfront honesty, and it allowed us to grieve and move on. He was proactive and communicated with us almost daily on the progress. At one point, I offered to call or research some of the subcontractors or material in the area and he jokingly told me that is his job, not mine. I instantly felt some pressure relieved off of my shoulders because with our previous builder, I was doing all of that leg work! He answered any of my ignorant questions no matter how small or big and never made me feel dumb for asking. Mike took care of us, from already having his own trusted subcontractors, to being the liaison between the bank and us, or even between the subs and any issues that arose. He gave us his opinions on ideas and directed us where we needed to be guided. He made sure that our important desires were completed, including our kid's footprints in the concrete sidewalk! I trusted him throughout the entire process. He became a part of our family and gave us our dream, forever home, which would not have been feasible at the point we were at when he joined us. We will forever be grateful for him and his team’s hard work and dedication. 10/10 recommend Vision Construction.“

“Todd and the crew were prompt and professional. They showed up when they said they would or called if there was a delay. Work was finished in a timely manner and Todd did his best to be cost efficient for me. We have a child with a disability and he prioritized our job so we could back in our routine as soon as possible. We had a bathroom remodel including tile and drywall and vanity install. also some ceiling repair for a stamped ceiling- which was done beautifully.Thanks to Todd and Tim and Mike for a job well done!“

“Smith handyman fully remodeled one bathroom and parts of a second. Kris was an amazing project manager. He kept us informed on the progress at all stages. We lost a week of work due to the winter storm but Kris still made it happen. He wasn’t opposed to get his hands dirty and went above and beyond.Two of the main technicians Andy and Jacob were also fantastic. They did great work and didn’t mind me popping my head in to see the progress. They were always professional and had wonderful customer service. Great overall experience and looking forward to the next project with Smith handyman.“
