Another patient had a positive experience with FNP Teresa Hassard, who they found to be kind, informative, and helpful in providing resources for their health. The phlebotomist was also noted for their kindness and skill. However, there is feedback that the tech department does not return calls regarding patient portal issues and that there could be improved communication with patients about possible delays and potentially increased staffing.
