Highly recommend! From the receptionist to the 2 electricians that put up a very difficult chandelier, all were so courteous and great to work with. Chandelier I purchased in Rome had to come in pieces. They took their time, careful and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful and plan to use them in the future. Thank you guys!

I called Thompson Electric and talked to Rachel who was very helpful and pleasant because I had a 3way switch that wasn’t working properly. She said she could have someone come out the next day to fix it. Ryan arrived early and called before he arrived. He came in and I explained the problem and he got right to work checking things out. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely nice and explained everything as he was working on it. He was done in less than 30 minutes and ended up replacing two switches and the problem was solved. I will definitely be calling Thompson Electric for any future electrical issues and asking for Ryan to come out. I can’t say... read full review

The entire experience was professional, from the scheduling to the work. The technicians were polite, skillful, and diligent. I appreciate their consistent communication about their arrival time as well as their persistence in ensuring a successful completion of the job.
