He claimed we had a crack in our shower drain and rocks were present. Said we'd have to remove the whole shower pan if he didn't coat it with epoxy. He charged $1,750. He never sent the video he said he would send to show what the damage was so I had a plumbing company do a video of the drain. They said it was all new PVC in that drain pipe and they saw zero evidence of an epoxy repair. To add to the problem of a fraudulent repair he left a 4' cutoff garden house in our drain pipe that the plumbing company had to remove. He has not returned our money and will not communicate with us. Stay away from this guy!!

Josh sold us on coating the sewage lines in our house and it's been a nightmare. During the job, a piece of his equipment got caught up in the epoxy, dried, and now causes major backup in our home. He has promised to stand by his work and resolve the issue but has failed. It's MUCH worse than it was in the beginning. Josh has promised over 30 times to resolve the issue with over 20 no-shows. Almost 2 years later, we are still dealing with it. We are unable to use 1/2 of our laundry facilities, cannot drain a filled sink, have repeatedly mopped up waste water on a monthly basis, and are beyond frustrated. Great company I will definitely be using them for any major plumbing issues. They were very knowledgeable professional and responsive. Explained everything in detail and described exactly what was needed to fix the issue. Awesome guys and did everything they could to lower my cost as much a possible. Saved me from having to have the floors inside my home tore up to repair the pipe. When finished I couldn’t even tell they had done anything. Would highly recommend giving them a call if you have a plumbing issue.Services: Plumbing leak detection
