I was referred to Nashville HVAC by a friend who had great experiences. In my case, another firm had installed the unit incorrectly that led to leaking refrigerant. It is more difficult to repair a bad installation rather than installing it for the initial time. First the technician had to locate the leak, which was not that simple because it was buried inside the unit. It has been nearly two years since the repair and it operates like a charm. The staff is down to earth and diligent. The cost was very fair. Since that experience at my shop, I have had them do the seasonal service at home. THEY ARE GREAT!! I suggest you give them a try..
Our A/C went out late last night, thankfully it was a cooler, rainy night. I texted Ray with Nashville HVAC group early the next morning and he quickly responded back with an available time the very SAME day. Ray was very polite, punctual, professional and he knows his stuff!! He had our A/C up and running in less than 25 mins and that is with the inspection and repairing the issue!! 💯 would recommend Ray and his team!!
