The BEST experience. After having a really rough experience with another dental office, it was so refreshing finding Lebanon Dental Care. Dr. Turner, Allison my hygienist, Bre at the front, the office manager - ALL sooo kind, professional and personable. My initial appointment was amazing, they gave me a possible cost, then submitted everything to insurance, which took several weeks, but it came back as denying something I needed that met insurance guidelines for approval, soooo they resubmitted it with no hesitation, only happy to help. Although we still didn’t get it approved, they were all amazing. Communicated and got me in for my treatment ASAP. My sweet Hygienist went over everything today, she made sure I was comfortable throughout everything and did an amazing job with my deep cleaning! I am so thankful we have found our Dentist! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist (it’s my least favorite place 🫣), I promise you, you will leave feeling completely different and truly cared about. Thank you Lebanon Dental Care, y’all are amazing! See you in a couple of weeks for our daughter!
I broke a tooth on Christmas day! I reached out on Facebook Amber reached out to me!!! The whole team from the front desk to the chair was a great experience!! The doctor and her assistant were great!
Excellent experience on my first visit! No upselling, everyone was very nice, and the whole staff seemed very organized. No dental guilt for cavities that I was expecting to need filled and the hygienist was very gentle when doing the cleaning. 10/10 would always recommend.
