We recently discovered Kevin's Automotive when our business work van broke down and needed a correct diagnosis and repair asap. Tammy was our first contact and was wonderful! They were able to figure out the problem and do the repair within a couple of days. Cost was very reasonable, and everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Took a problem and while my experience was rocky at first. I still want to give 5 stars for their reaction to the problem. While I commend them on first stating I didn’t need to repair what I brought it in for. I asked to still move forward with it. But I had to return it two
More times due to the parts that were used were not good. Not their fault. But some cars just have to use OEM or name brand manufacturing.
After the 3rd time I just said please use name brand and I’ll pay for it. I understand 99% of the cars can get by with generic name parts. But I just wanted to get my truck right
