Jay’s touch was fantastic! I am so relieved. My pain level when I went in was probably around an eight or nine and within 30 minutes. She took it down to about a three. ( might even be lower than that tomorrow after I drink a lot of water today today and put heat on it tonight) She definitely could feel The amount of pressure I could handle/needed. I plan on going back once a month to her. Thank you, Jay :)

As someone with chronic back pain, I have had a lot of massages in my life. This one will go down as the best one yet! Jay is amazing at feeling where you need treatment. She used the cupping method with my massage and even had a bed with a hole for my pregnant belly. I feel like a new woman! Thank you Jay!!

I’m a runner so my legs and back are typically TIGHT (I don’t stretch). My wife booked the 60 minute Therapeutic along with cupping and WOW. She found and targeted specific pain areas for me and had such a relaxing environment. Will probably make this a monthly routine!
