Kimberly was very attentive to shampoo, cut, style my mother's hair. This was a first time visit and not knowing how my mother fixes her hair we showed pictures and Kimberly was able to style hair as shown on picture plus we were a walk-in. If my mother would come by herself she may need a little assistance walking from the shampoo area to the chair or vice- versa. Thank you Kimberly for your attentiveness, kindness and patience.
Got a trim from Kimberly yesterday! She did a great job and made sure she cut it how I wanted. She was super nice and even gave me some advice about switching to some healthier hair ties. $20 for a haircut + tip. Pretty good deal!
Started going to Heads up about 6 months ago. Easy to make an appointment and each time I'm there I am greeted with a smile and my haircut is always what I'm wanting. My wife goes there also and they always do a great job with her.
