Had a minor glitch on check in process, after the staff realized what happened they did thier best to make it better. Staff was helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me.
Wonderful experience with the Lebanon CareNow location. Each individual that I dealt with was professional, engaging, and attentive to my issue. They listened, asked direct questions and arrived at a diagnosis and recommended follow up procedures. Also very personable. Excellent opinion of this location and staff. Thank you all.
I have a virus that mimics the flu but the doctor said that for the past two weeks he’s been seeing a lot of people with the same thing they don’t really have a name for it yet so he supplied me with a cough suppressant and said I gotta take Mucinex and Motrin and Tylenol for the body aches and that time is the only thing that is going to help me feel better. He says he can tell I really don't feel good. And that he's sorry that he doesn't have an answer for me. I felt like they actually cared and were doing their best to help me out and I Really appreciate it!
