Excellent customer service! Anthony came out right away to fix the issue when my toilets backed up, no waiting, he showed up right on time 7am the next morning and he even offered to come out earlier! He’s very polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable about septics. You can’t go wrong with B and D Septic I would definitely recommend them!!

I needed emergency service for my septic and Anthony delivered! My first call to a more popular business resulted in a no show, no call delaying my problem by a day. Anthony showed same morning, thoroughly explained my problem, my options, the price. I had a collapsed field line and overflowing tank. He had to go empty his truck and return same morning to empty mine. He would then have to return 2 days later with equipment to fix the rest. He did not want money up front, gave me the option and time for a 2nd opinion, showed as promised for the next round. In this day and time, I really appreciate prompt, honest, professional work and this owner delivers!!
