Our Upstairs AC Unit went out completely. JC Mechanical was very quick to respond and figure out the problem. Unfortunately we had to replace the unit; however, they made the process very simple with simple financing options and the unti was installed the same week. We LOVE our friends at JC Mechanical!

I can't say enough about this man and his company. He gave me a very reasonable quote, stood by it after the job was finished. A secondary issue was discovered which wasn't allowing the system to balance out, ended up being just a simple adjustment. In other words, he didn't leave until the system was 100%. Excellent, responsive customer service. Honest and reliable. They redid our entire ventilation system and gave it better supports also added a separate zone for the upstairs. They made it a point to save us money where they could and always check parts for warranties first. No price gouging.we have become loyal JC Mechanical customers.
