He came out the following afternoon, was extremely thorough in figuring out our issue and showing my husband what was actually going on, and then explained everything to me again on the phone even when I got off work late that night. The original plumbing company that our insurance originally suggested (that we had been waiting on for over a month to come do the work) had actually guessed at a problem that was nonexistent and quoted us for an entire reroute. Bill found our issue so quickly and had it fixed less than 48 hours from our call AND came in under his initial quote and way under our original quote.
