Mr Howard was very pleasant to meet and have in my home. He was able to fix the problem I had with my refrigerator in a timely manner as well. I asked him questions about different brands of appliances and Mr Howard was both knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to use DAR Repair again. I would also recommend this company to anyone.
All of the positive things everyone is saying about Mr. Willie are true! He fixed our refrigerator and ice maker, and he seems to know about many household appliances. I trust his expertise and will call him when we decide to get our washer and dryer serviced on down the road. Also, I was impressed that he kept me informed on the status of the shipment of the part - even when he was technically "off the clock." I work at a place that has issues with backorders and shipping, so I know that suppliers can be hard to communicate with. I have the feeling that we got our refrigerator repaired as quickly as any other company could have done it - PLUS Denmark was the ONLY company who could see me the next day after my husband and I returned home from work one afternoon to a non-functioning refrigerator.
