While it's on the smaller side and may lack some specialized weight machines, it provides a great atmosphere for a good workout. ATC Fitness offers a Smart Start Training Program for new members, helping them set goals and create a workout plan tailored to their needs. The program includes regular check-ins to ensure progress. Premium members enjoy additional perks like daily access to tanning beds and hydro massage chairs. With multiple locations, ATC Fitness may offer more specialized workout rooms at other facilities.
Great little gym for a great workout. Plenty of treadmills, variety of stationery bikes, free weights and weight machines. Since it's on the small side there are no additional rooms for aerobic type activities. They have many other locations that may accommodate that. Great atmosphere for a great workout.
This is a good gym for its size. I like that it's open 24/7. They have a decent amount of equipment and free weights. I love their hydromassage chairs and they have tanning beds as well. They have staff available for training too.
I usually go to atc fitness between 11pm and 12pm and the place is empty. They offer all the necessary equipment to hit all the muscle groups. From treadmill to free weights I enjoy the variety and 24/7 service provided.
