My son and his family went on vacation and asked me keep an eye on his dogs. Well one of the dogs got snake bitten and I gave her benadryl till the next morning. I called Kristy she told me to take the dog to Lafollette Vets and that she will call the vet to let him know we were coming. So when we arrived they took her weight and put us in a room. the vet came in and confirmed that she was bitten by a snake and administered a shot and prescribed her meds and gave me strict instructions on her meds. Staff and Vet are amazing. Very professional and friendly that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I know sometimes it can be hard to get your pet the care it needs medically due to the costs but here the price of the visits are affordable and if you communicate to them what you can and can’t afford or what you can do they will work with you and help so that you can get what you can afford like medications. They helped me get some options of medicines within the price ranges that was doable for me and they didn’t try to get as much money out of me they could. I would recommend to everyone!
We’re from out of state and brought in a stray that we found while on vacation here in TN…..that we planned to keep and they were AWESOME……fromentering the office to the techs and Dr Delzer…..we had a great experience!!!! They took their time with us, answered all questions and we would highly recommend them. If we could give more stars we would!!
