“Douglas heating and air is a top notch company. I have a rental property on Norris lake. Mike was referred to me from my property manager. My air conditioner was in its last leg. Mike spent time with me explaining all options and what he thought would be in my best interest. He and Clyde came up with costs and timeframes to install a new system with a 10yr warranty. With limited time to get the job done due to a full rental schedule, James and crew busted it out! The job couldn’t have gone any smoother! Douglas heating and air is a well oiled family business. I felt the cost for the work was more than reasonable. I wish I had a company like Douglas where I live full time!
