I grew up in LaFollette, but have lived down in Knoxville for quite some time. Nevertheless, I drive the 40 miles up to Billy Joe's each month for a haircut. I could save gas and probably find a cheaper barber in Knoxville, somewhere, BUT, well, Billy Joe's is Billy Joe's. To me, he's worth the drive. Douglas Joe Guy
Took my non verbal brother to Billy's for the first time. It was an amazing experience. He was so patient and kind. He did a great job for a great price. We will be back for sure.
