“Deborah is personable and punctual. She only takes clients by appointment so when I was in her shop I was the only client there which made it feel like an exclusive, private, VIP experience. I went to Deborah to lighten my hair from medium brown to light brown and add blonde highlights. After the lightening, I had zero gummy texture in my fine hair!
