Jeremy, the owner is super nice and very professional. He always takes time to listen to my concerns. I have had them come out to my location multiple times throughout the years. This last time (03.14.2024), there were really, really bad stains due to multiple dog that I've cared for and my own. There were definitely dark pee stains that had been there throughout the years (I hadn't had anyone before/after Covid and I can't believe it slipped my mind to get XStream!) We have used them multiple times for steam cleaning our carpets. They do a great job every time! Very reasonably priced and they don't try to upsell you like the other companies do once onsite.
