“Flexible model. Never has an issue with creepy crawlers while using this group. Visits were quick and unintrusive. Communications cam prior to any visit which was helpful in case a resched was needed. Only downside of the service was being locked in for the first 12 months or so. I was not very keen on that but went fwd given their stack of positive reviews. Always knowledgeable and professional.“

“I am leaving this review because they used to be preventative. After getting bought out by Waynes it went downhill. We now have a mice infestation in our Attic and having to pay $8300 to install installation to prevent and get rid of our mice problem. They came out twice over a two month span and did nothing but confirm we had mice outside from the holes near our foundation. They now have a Loyalty department that does care and I hope helps the situation.“
