I bought my townhome in La Vergne, TN from Lake Forest Homes in June 2020. I am very happy with my home. It is a great value for the size and the layout was ideal for me and I feel the home has great resale value as a single family home. I also really enjoy that it is connected to the La Vergne Greenway running/walking path.I believe my home to be a good investment for myself if I decide to sell at one point, or rent it out. My home is sturdy and well built and I really enjoy owning it.I had a couple minor interior issues in the first year and the warranty team responded in a timely manner and came out and fixed those issues for me.I recently had a much larger issue... read full review
I worked for them for two years a few years back and came back to Nashville a year ago and I am working for them again. You cannot find a better Company who puts their Clients and Employees first.
