Fred delivered the unfortunate news that the appliance I had purchased could not be installed as scheduled. The confined space in the kitchen was not going to accommodate the OTR microwave/vent hood I had bought, nor likely ant microwave at all. He delivered that disappointing news in a professional way, even running back down the 3 flights of stairs to give me the exact opening I had available. I appreciated the effort even though a "dry run."
Brant arrived right on time. Checked out all the vents in the house, checked my thermostat and then went out to the unit.
He came in and said the unit looked great. He did suggest that I might want to have my vents cleaned as they were very dirty (which they are / I had looked into this a few months ago) so I decided to make an appointment to get them done. I have every confidence that they will do an excellent job!
