Right now we are in a heaaaaat waaaaaave and my AC unit decides its the time to act up (ugh!) Right when I called I was told they'd be over within 30 min! & they were!! They were fast and professional! We can't thank you all enough!! 100% recommend!!
In January 2024 my heat pump quit working, not even the emergency heat would work. It was suppose to be near 0 that night so I got in touch with Comfort Zone Heating and Air, and Max, the owner, came by to look at my unit. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had the heat working. Thankfully I haven't had a problem since but if I do it will be Comfort Zone that I call. Max is a super nice guy and family man and a total professional. Thank you Max for being there when we needed you!
Amazing guys all the way around. Have used them twice, once for an issue with our thermostat and next visit we signed up for their yearly inspections. Both times customer service was outstanding, explained everything, no hidden fees, professional to the end. And the cost was totally reasonable for work they did. Thank you so much guys!!!
