Went here for the first time last night. They were beyond kind and communicated well the entire time, especially when I had to make a heartbreaking decision to.assist my baby to the rainbow bridge. They helped me through that.
Dr Swanepoel and her student vet Kailee were amazing. They got our red bellied parrot in very quickly stabilized him. Several tests later he was diagnosed with 2 partial bowel obstructions. After a few days of treatment and being medically watched, he was back to himself. We live 3 hours away from UTK. They called several times with updates. They answered all our questions. Such a great experience. Highly recommend. If we didn't live 3 hours away They would be our permanent vet.
