so far I love it! trainers are friendly, encouraging, and know their anatomy and the physics behind motion. I already feel stronger
UTS is a hidden gem and has given me so much between confidence in lifting and amazing friendships! From their supportive and directive approach to small group training to their community-based focus on local charities and other small businesses, there is literally something to be gained for everyone.
Ok, I admit it, exercising is not my favorite thing but I realize its important, especially as I age. I’ve been a member of health clubs, gyms, fitness clubs, whatever on and off for years but never stayed with it. This has all changed since I started going to UTS. Exercise still isn’t at the top of my fun list but I feel better, physically and mentally, when I get to the gym a few days a week. What makes UTS so important to me? Many things but to rattle off a few: coaches are fantastic, programs tailored towards my goals, small group sessions where my unique challenges can be addressed (another are the coaches are awesome) - my motto is “if I’m not regressing, I’m progressing!” Blake, Tyler and Kayla did and continue to do a great job dealing with the challenges of providing coaching and sessions when we had to do everything remotely and then since we returned to in-person training. There are ways you can spend your money to improve your life; I’m sure you’ll find few as rewarding as being a part of the UTS family.
