“I've been at UTS for three years and love this place. Started out going twice weekly then when I started seeing tangible results and wanted to challenge myself more, bumped up to three times a week, which really allowed me to get a sense of the coaches' training styles and philosophy. Coaches Blake, Tyler, and Haley are knowledgeable and caring and have never made me feel bad when I've made adjustments due to life changes. They've also dispelled a lot of misconceptions I had about diet, fitness, and overall progress in the gym. My son works out at UTS too, and, if he wrote reviews, his would be absolutely glowing because his body composition has completely changed due to Blake's advice and the other coaches' support.
