The Edge Martial Arts Academy

Since 2001, The Edge Martial Arts Academy has served the Knoxville community. We offer adult, youth, private, and Tai Chi classes. Our style is called Serbatik (ser-bah-teek) and is a curated self-defense system created by Grandmaster Jerry McCleary. Serbatik was developed from over 19 world-class martial arts systems and was ratified in 2005 by a panel of grandmasters. Drawing on the best qualities of each style he had studied, Guru McCleary developed a philosophy-based martial arts system to stand the test of time.
