The crew at Tennessee Valley Pool and Spa is absolutely the best! Such personalized care from all of the staff, greeting me by name when I walk in the store. Chase, Shane and Andrew have helped me so much with my pool. I purchased a hot tub from them as well- best money we ever spent! Three years in and absolutely zero problems with it. I also purchased a new pool liner from them two years ago and absolutely love it. This is a family owned business with high moral values and a personalized touch. Best ever:-). Great staff, and excellent and knowledgeable customer service! Brianna provided incredible help with purchasing a hot tub. Tennessee Valley Pool & Spas is definitely my new go-to for all my hot tub and pool needs!

Tennessee Valley Spas had a good selection of tubs to view in their showroom, with a variety of models. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful while we made our decision. Delivery and installation were excellent. They arrived precisely on time and installation was quick and painless. We were able to use the tub that evening. Overall an extremely positive experience. We highly recommend Tennessee Valley Spas.
