I’m not sure I can express just how happy we are with Tennessee Standard Plumbing and Drain. From start to finish this company was beyond exceptional. Plumbing professionals Ben, Patrick and Casey genuinely care about the customer and the quality of work they do. Patrick is literally a plumbing god! Everything from the incredibly detailed estimate to triple checking their completed repair. This, ladies and gentleman, is a top notch company that earns every penny you pay. Had hot water issues. These folks did a great job in assessing our needs and also conducted a water quality check. They offered suggestions. The installation team was at our house for three days. Shawn and Jacob were on time, courteous, informative on the process, cleaned up afterward. Ended with a walkthrough and explained everything. Five+ with no hesitation
This will be a long review but these gentlemen Robert & Ian are absolutely worth it! On Friday morning, my gas water heater sprung a leak at the bottom and needed to be replaced. I called the Oak Ridge Gas Co (ORUD) and they said they couldn't come until Monday. 7 people (6 girls & me) with no hot water for 4 days! Next I called some local plumbers. One by one they said either they'd come around 6pm or they didn't handle gas units. I'm glad they were busy but I needed someone now! Next I called 2 major companies that are well known in the Knoxville area. One came, gave a 3 minute look and quoted a mid 4 figure price TO REPLACE A WATER HEATER!... read full review
