I was very impressed with Ellie S. today at my daughter's appointment. She was professional, personable, listened to what my daughter wanted, asked questions for clarification and did an amazing job! My daughter loves her haircut and we will be back to see Ellie!

Went in for roots & cut. Took longer then needed for roots which take less then 2 hours max if you know what your doing. Also LONGEST time EVER to give a hair cut?! A half hour when a haircut should be done in HALF that time. 3 stars ONLY for cost . Ik their just students but honestly I expect better. I expect efficiency. If the owners takes anything from my review teach your students how to be more courteous to getting things done in a more timely mannerEdit post 2nd visit : They fixed the atrocious root hack job from HELL but this go around THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE PRIOR TO APPLYING THE NEW ROOT COLOR THE ACTUAL COLOR IT WOULD BE. I would like to take the time to thank Sam P. and Hunter. Honestly more than that, Lisa, Rhonda, and Brian! This was first time to TSB and I had the greatest experience! I highly highly recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of going. I went for full highlights,tone and cut. Sam did such a great job! 10/10 reccomend!! I love how my hair turned out!
