Best customer service ever! I never leave reviews but this business deserves it. I called right before they were closing with a piece of ash in my eye and they did not hesitate to help me. When I arrived they were so nice and took great care of me. I was in and out. Best eye doctor in Knoxville highly recommend!!

They have a very professional and caring staff. The wait time in the office and for glasses to be ready for pickup was very reasonable. This is by far the best pair of glasses I have owned in years. Thank you all!

Love the staff! They are all so nice and attentive to any situation that may arise. I've had nothing but positive experiences here for the past 5 years. My son had a lazy eye and had to be checked every three months, so we have gotten to know the employees here quite well and have yet to have a bad experience.
