Summit Medical Group Hardin

I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.I highly recommend any of the staff there as I’ve interacted with the majority of them and they were all so caring and sweet. Dr. Carroll and the entire team is great. They always fit me in when needed and provide excellent care. I feel like they actually listen and work to make sure you are comfortable with diagnosis or any after care they recommend.

I don't know why the other reviews here are so low. I went there two weeks ago and had a great experience. I've been putting off seeing a doctor for a while not over a few things and finally decided it was time to go. I was seen by Stephanie Belton, Physician Assistant, who did a marvelous job speaking with me and taking the time to go over my issues and what options were available. I never got a sense that she was trying to rush through my appointment or push some medication. If this was her practice I'd gladly make her my PCP. Dr John Carroll only came in at the end to confirm something of my diagnosis and as such I can't really rate him directly.... read full review
