Jim and Steve helped me tremendously in starting up my own business. I loaded them with questions, as I've never had a business before. They're extremely knowledgeable, were able to answer every question immediately, explained everything in detail, and gave alternatives/options . And, they always have time for you, no matter how busy they are.

Been with Jim for over 20 years, (can't believe I am saying that), by referral from my best friend. The first year Jim offered to redo my prior-year taxes for free and I ended up getting the exact same in a refund that I was told I would have to pay instead :)
